Amazing what a kid can do in less than one minute.

Uh, I didn't do anything.
This stuff tastes good.
Does my left eye look funny?
This could have been embarrassing.

Beating the summer heat 2

Becca, Lynly and I found a little secluded water park in Herriman that not too many people know about, so it was perfect for our little ones to play around without getting trampled by kids. The girls had alot of fun. Avery stayed low and crawled all over, Olivia ventured away from her mother several times and seemed to get comfortable, and Rylee got crazy as usual.
You never notice Avery's awesome eyelashes because you can't get past the teeth. Poor thing.
Olivia braving the water alone.
Rylee really took to the splash park. She is the least shy of the three.
Avery borrowing a drink of water from Rylee.
Rylee off on her own getting crazy.

Sugar and spice....

Beating the summer heat.

Avery, Olivia and Gavin went swimming at the Draper pool Friday. Gavin wore goggles the whole time, stealthily sneaking up under water and grabbing Avery and I. Avery just chilled out getting rumbustious at the end because she was tired, and Olivia said hi to everyone she passed.

Hot Hot Hot

Avery and Jack had a pool party at our house Saturday. Avery sported her new bikini while Jack was looking cool in his rash guard top and board shorts.

This ones for the fellas.

Liked a caged animal.

Avery is becoming extremely independent these days. The old remove and distract method doesn't work for her.

Lynly, if you thought the diaper was white trash check out the swimming pool!

Snack time with big sis.

Avery got a suprise package in the mail from her Na'Na'. It was a box on gymboree clothes. SURPRISE! Here is one of her outfits that came in the box. Thanks Na'Na'.
Avery loves her dad and thinks he is the best dad in the whole world. Happy fathers day daddy.
Lovin the water.

Notice, Avery's arms are as long as her legs making it effortless to walk on all fours.

Missing Avery's NaNa

Avery's Na'Na' is gone for the summer and missing her badly, so to help ease the pain we will be posting alot of pics and videos. It may be boring to the rest of you, but it will help Na'Na' through her summer.

I love Avery's legs. I love the combination of short legs and long torso.
Avery and I made a surprise visit to Lynly and Rylee to check out their new pad. Rylee was a gracious host only pulling Avery off her toys once. Rylee quickly recovered by giving Avery a hug.

Last week Avery discovered how to get into my cupboards. I was dreading the day and it was as bad as I thought it would be. No amount of distraction can keep her away.

Avery has recently learned to wave at people. She tends to be a little slow. Just the other day she didn't wave to the store clerk until we were out in the car.

Bug off!

Avery and her dad sharing cheese cake. I know, I know it can't be good for her, but you try telling Duane what to do!

Avery after her dad finished off the cheese cake.

Avery has come to like playing in the grass to an extent. She doesn't cry anymore, but she is not particularly fond of letting it touch her if she can help it.

P.S. I don't condone the way Duane talks to our dog!!!
