Homecoming

Morgan went to Homecoming this past Saturday. Here she is at her moms all dolled up and ready to hit the town. Morgan and mom

My burning bush started to burn this year. I have been waiting 3 long years, but each year the leaves just get brown and fall off! Does anybody know anything about this species? I really want the beautiful red color everyone else has.

Avery and I made cookies Monday night. She had a great time. The red around her lips is some of the left over damage from falling out of the jeep. The scabs finally fell off and left us with little scars.

Enjoying the fruit of her labors.

My pan started looking very messy.

Can you tell which one Avery made?

I got Avery some new finger paints and let her go to town on a pumpkin. I didn't want to let her cut this "baby bear pumpkin" because I'm going to use it for pumpkin pie! YUM!

This is Avery's first day of gymnastics. She LOVED it. I was so proud of her. She did very well. She started out cautious but was comforatable with it in the end.

This is my only attempt at decorating for halloween. This is a calander with pockets for treats. I of course don't feed Avery candy so the pockets are filled with organic dried vegetables.

This is a toddler "spook alley". She loved it.

All Avery wants to do when we go to the park is "fing high". She can do this for hours. No matter how much I beg her to go down the slide, she won't budge.

Ready for a disaster.

The many smiles of Clara

This baby non-stop smiles. I can't help but laugh at her goofy smiles. All I have to do is talk to her and she grins so hard her eyes practically disappear.

This is what I'm talking about. The dissapearing eyes (and chin).
